- HSE Officer

Company: Noble Tech Petroleum Transport LLC

We are a leading petroleum transportation company operating across the UAE, specializing in the safe movement of hazardous materials including diesel, fuel, and other petroleum products.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

About the Role

The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations related to hazardous material transportation. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the petroleum transport industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, yards, and operational sites.

- Ensure driver compliance with ADNOC, ADR, and UAE safety regulations.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and emergency drills.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports.

- Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, audits, and reports.

- Coordinate with regulatory bodies when required.

- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

- Coordinate with Customer's HSE Team to Make Sure HSE Complainces fulfillment

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in petroleum or hazardous material transport.

- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.

- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC requirements.

- Strong communication and training skills.

- Valid UAE driving license
