To co-ordinate, support and advise the Business on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety.
To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within AFI are adhered to.
Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
To maintain incident records and produce statistics for management as required.
To oversee the implementation of safety inspections, accurate reporting of fire drills and alarms, management of safety inspections, risk assessments, and lone working procedures. Ensure employees are well-informed about their responsibilities in these areas.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related experience.
Professional certification e.g. - National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) certification or equivalent
