Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site, monitor daily activities for compliance, and promote a safe working environment in accordance with local regulations and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce site HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Report unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and new staff.
- Ensure compliance with Trakhees regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain incident and accident records, and prepare reports.
- Assist in emergency drills and response planning.
- Coordinate with construction and subcontractor teams for HSE compliance.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety signage throughout the site.
Required Certifications:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- IOSH Managing Safely
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Trakhees Safety Officer Approval
Driving License is Mandatory
