to join our team for the Synchro project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on site in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, risk assessments, and incident investigation records.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and safety induction programs for workers.
Promote a positive safety culture among all employees and subcontractors.
Coordinate with site management and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.
Ensure emergency response plans and safety equipment are in place and properly maintained.
Support in audits and inspections by internal and external HSE authorities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in construction or related field.
Valid
HSE Certification
(NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree or
3-year diploma
in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
.
Good knowledge of UAE HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and foster a safe working environment.
