. The ideal candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of workplace safety practices and equipment.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
Organize safety training programs and workshops for staff awareness.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
Advise management on HSE improvements and best practices.
Promote a safety-first culture across all departments and operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in logistics or operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols.
Certifications in HSE (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are preferred.
