Minimum 4+ years of experience in site HSE management within construction or fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
requirements as per the contract and project scope of work.
Prepare and deliver
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
and
Toolbox Talks
to site staff before the commencement of each activity.
Assess potential
risks and hazards
and provide appropriate
mitigation measures
during task execution.
Maintain and document
project HSE reports
and share them with the main contractor as per standard requirements.
Report all
incidents, near misses, and environmental aspects
on a project-wise basis.
Attend
on-site HSE meetings
with the contractor and client as required.
Communicate and escalate all
HSE concerns, observations, and requirements
to the HSE Manager promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
