We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai Islands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site safety and will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing HSE policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in promoting a safety-first culture across all projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international best practices.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and international safety standards. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive actions. Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Maintain accurate records of incidents, safety observations, permits, and HSE reports. Collaborate with project management and site teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations. Promote a proactive safety culture, encouraging employees to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, OSHA, ISO 45001, and other international safety standards. Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff. Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining records, and using MS Office applications. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
