HSE Officer

to join our Dubai team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments. Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to prevent accidents. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees. Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents. Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics or transportation. Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness. Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
