. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations, risk assessments, and implementation of health and safety measures at the site.
Responsibilities:
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, Dubai Municipality & Civil Defence regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for workers.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accident/incident reports and ensure timely submission to management and authorities.
Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety rules on site.
Support site inspections, audits, and liaise with consultants/authorities when required.
Assist in preparing and implementing the site-specific HSE plan.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in UAE construction projects.
Must have NEBOSH / IOSH / relevant HSE certification.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Civil Defence HSE regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
