Purpose of the role:

Oxford Aluminum & Glass works L.L.C is looking for a HSE Officer with 2 to 3 years' experience in the Aluminum & Glass industry who will oversee and advise on total measures to minimize hazards and implement all safety requirements.

Job description:

Responsible for the monitoring of strict implementation of Company's safety Policy and Procedures. Managing sites efficiently with good performance and result on HSE. Conduct site safety Inspection to determine and correction of unsafe conditions. Conducts training session on all aspects of construction safety. Planning and regular inspection of all fixed firefighting equipment. Participates in the development and implementation of safety & loss prevention policies and procedures. Reviews safety manuals, procedures, documents, method statements and recommends appropriate amendments. Investigation on all accident / near miss incident and submit report with recommendation to the HSE manager & site management. To conduct Weekly health & safety meeting with project safety committee

Must have:

Qualified with relevant HSE courses and training in construction. Relevant bachelors degree 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of HSE rules and regulations Strong team working capabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management on a daily and ongoing basis. A proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
