Job Description

Qualifications:

-Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years experience in Dubai handling project under Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA others [preferably with VALID SARS CARD]

-Detailed knowledge of QHSE and ISO Standard procedures
-Bachelors Degree
-Excellent English communication skills in both written and speaking
-Only candidates available to start immediately will be considered.

:

-Conduction the Site Inspections as per Projects requirements
-Conduct operational risk assessments and design risk mitigation measures.
-Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for QHSE.
-Responsible for Health & Safety.
-Accident investigation Registers accidents and the related follow-up.
-Also supervises accident investigations in accordance with the stipulated procedure in order to establish where improvements are needed and to minimize accidents in the future.
-Provide presentations about current safety hazards based on authorities regulations to educate others about avoiding health, safety, and environmental hazards and design training programs to provide safety awareness education.
-Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
-Maintain records of such mock drills and provide recommendations for emergency response improvements.
-Supervise the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
-Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
-Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
-Responsible for company's entire QHSE & Green Building documentation
- Ability to engage and influence other regardless of role/level within the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment..

- Work under deadlines in fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineer, architects and vendors.

- Other duties as assigned and extend site duties as per site requirements
