Job Summary:



We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer with at least 2 years of relevant experience in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at project sites. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting a safe work environment and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards. Ensure compliance with legal and company HSE requirements. Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel. Maintain and monitor all safety documentation and records. Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site. Coordinate with site supervisors to enforce safe working practices. Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Certification in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (mandatory). Familiarity with local HSE laws and regulations. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
