Work Location: Project Field Site (Oil and Gas Facility).

Scope of Responsibilities:

As an HSE Officer, your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to Daily monitoring and inspection of field teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Conducting Toolbox Talks (TBTs) every morning before site activities commence. Supervising and guiding field teams to maintain a safe work environment at all times. Reviewing and updating MSRA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) in coordination with the site engineer and safety team. Preparing and submitting daily HSE reports and updates, including daily HSE statistics (e.g., manhours worked, incidents, near-misses, safety observations, etc.). Developing and implementing project-specific HSE Plans. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Oil & Gas HSE standards and regulatory requirements. Providing safety support during CCTV installations, trenching/excavation, underground/above-ground piping, pole erection, cable laying, and commissioning works. Investigating and reporting any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe practices. Ensuring all personnel use proper PPE and follow established Permit to Work (PTW) procedures. Coordinating with other contractors, consultants, and clients on HSE-related matters. Facilitating safety drills, training sessions, and awareness programs for the site team.

Own visa required - driving license also
