We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Officer (NEBOSH Certified) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the blasting and painting industry, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and ADNOC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for blasting and painting operations.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC, NEBOSH, and industry HSE regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at project sites.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party HSE inspectors to ensure safety assurance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the oil & gas, blasting, and painting industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safety management systems.
Experience in conducting site safety audits and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
