HSE Officer

to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations in

Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training sessions Maintain up-to-date documentation of safety records, permits, and audits Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with UAE health and safety laws Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in logistics or transport Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety training Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively
