to oversee and implement safety protocols for interior fit-out and joinery works on our project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site activities comply with local HSE regulations and company safety policies, helping maintain a safe and incident-free working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices
Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to interior fit-out and joinery operations
Deliver toolbox talks and HSE inductions to workers and subcontractors
Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, near misses, and daily safety observations
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters
Ensure safety signage, emergency procedures, and permits are in place and followed
Investigate and report incidents, recommending corrective actions
Stay informed about updates in local and international HSE regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of UAE/local labor laws and safety standards
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and proactively in a freelance capacity
Valid HSE training records and certificates

To be discussed based on experience and project scope
Freelance / project-based payment terms

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
