· To ensure all work done in the facility follows health and safety standards. · To ensure hygiene of employees and sanitation of the plant. Main Areas of Responsibility:

Inspecting and reporting any non-conformity or incidents/accidents to the QA & HSE Manager. Inspecting and reporting personnel hygiene of production workers, cleanliness of the production lines (CIP), environmental monitoring status, and maintaining optimal hygiene in the facility. Inspecting and reporting any non-conformity in workers' accommodation. Providing health and safety orientation to new employees. Updating the department with local and international standards related to health and safety. Assigning duties and responsibilities to the HSE sanitation team. Inspecting and reporting on the cleanliness of the facility and ensuring sanitation workers perform their duties. Monitoring waste management, including hauling fruit waste and organizing trash pickups with suppliers. Monitoring chemical issuance to production and ensuring proper dilution during processing. Job Dimensions (Targets): Ensure health and hygiene standards are consistently met. Department Interaction: Sales Warehouse Flexibility: Full flexibility to carry out daily tasks and manage timelines. Work Allocation, Review, and Approval: Tasks allocated, reviewed, and approved by the Assistant QA and HSE Manager. Decisions made by the Assistant QA and HSE Manager.
