As we continue to grow, we are looking for the best minds to help us move faster and smarter, delivering innovation and convenience at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and maintain all documentation and procedures including the HSEMS system on site. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures. Initiate and organize HSE trainings & TBTs for pilots, other employees, visitors, and contractors. Conduct safety walkabouts in the depot to stop unsafe acts/conditions and report anomalies. Investigate all accidents and near-misses. Inspect the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformities. Establish and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and SOPs as needed. Conduct spot checks on pilots to ensure SOP compliance. Conduct site safety visits to ensure safe delivery of products to clients. Participate in ER drills and act as an emergency responder during real emergencies. Verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use. Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications. Review and approve all subcontractor safety plans. Coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste through DM portal. Identify training needs of pilots and other employees and communicate to HSE Manager. Ensure proper traffic and asset management within the depot. Conduct routine checks on fire systems, spill kits, and other safety equipment at depot & trucks. Inspect tools, ladders, and other safety-critical equipment. Perform random alco-blow checks on pilots and report anomalies. Carry out any other HSE-related tasks or projects assigned by the HSE Manager. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of related experience in HSE duties. Experience with HSEMS documentation. Experience as an HSE Officer on site. Knowledge of site operation health and safety. Fire and first aid safety expertise. Experience in audits and compliance assessments. High-level certification, with additional qualification in NEBOSH/IGC preferred. Seniority level
