Create, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with UAE laws, industry standards, and best practices.
Perform regular inspections of warehouses, transportation facilities, and logistics operations to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate workplace accidents and environmental incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Carry out risk assessments on logistics operations to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
Work closely with the management to develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans tailored to logistics operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the logistics, warehousing, or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
NEBOSH IGC certification preferred.
Hands-on experience in conducting HSE audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Ability to create and deliver engaging safety training sessions to diverse teams.
Fluency in English
