Key Responsibilities:
Key Roles and Responsibilities of an HSE Officer
Developing Safety Policies:
Drafting and implementing safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and international standards.Conducting Risk Assessments:
Identifying workplace hazards and assessing the risks associated with various tasks and processes. Recommending control measures to mitigate risks.Ensuring Compliance:
Monitoring adherence to safety regulations like OSHA, NEBOSH, or ISO standards. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure workplace safety.Training and Awareness:
Organizing safety training sessions for employees and management. Promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within the organization.Accident Investigation:
Investigating workplace incidents to determine the root cause. Preparing detailed reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Emergency Preparedness:
Developing and implementing emergency response plans for construction site. Conducting drills to prepare employees for fire, chemical spills, or other emergencies.Site cleanliness: Ensuring after work site cleanliness.
Responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments in the workplace
. They identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectivelyAny Diploma/ Degree with NEBOSH and other related safety course certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
