Hse Officer
Job Description
Monitor compliance of all employees, sub-contractors and hired workers to established/ approved health and safety management system, procedures, risk assessments, method statements.
Provide health and safety advice to project management, employees, and sub-contractors.
Provide support and advice to the risk assessment team to identify risks and set-up preventive measures
Enforcement of health and safety management system by issuing non-conformance, corrective action reports, and safety violation slip.
Conducts daily inspection to monitor works, sites, and company facilities against documented health and safety management system, safe systems of work, and applicable regulations/standards.
Review risk assessment, method statement, safe system of work, and permit to work system procedures.
Assist the HSE Incharge in the development of general training needs of the employees project, site, or facility
Conducts training on Health and Safety, Site Induction, First aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drill.
