1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental risks. 2. Assist and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental protection measures. 3. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 4. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training activities. 5. Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify and control workplace hazards, implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks. 6. Assist HSE manager in the development and review of emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and business continuity plans. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor\'s degree 2. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory), OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are preferred. 3.Proven experience working as an HSE Officer or in a similar role within the building maintenance or construction industry. 4.
