Job Description
HSE Officer - Short term (1 month)
:
1. Organizing Safety campaigns, Tool Box meetings, Job specific training, Emergency Drill. Develop safety awareness and educate the workforce by regular mentoring and coaching by interpersonal skills.
1.Carryout Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, evaluate the risk and implement control measures- JSA, JHA, HIRA.
2.Ensure compliance with the Permit to Work System and control measures are implemented at site activity
3.HSE inspection of lifting tools & tackles, Crane, FBH, Portable Power Tools, Electrical installations, Equipment etc.
4.Well conversant with HSE Procedures, Guidelines, Standards, Checklist, legal requirements, Fire codes etc.
5. Construciton safety experience in WAH, Critical Lifting, Confined space, Hot work, Excavation, painting & blasting, Hydrotest, Radiography etc.
6.Process safety - Isolation, Confined space, Respiratory equipment's, PTW, Risk Assessment, LOTO etc.
7.Unsafe Act Unsafe condition & Near miss reporting
QUALIFICATION:
. Degree in Engineering / Science Discipline.
. NEBOSH /IOSH
. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Very good English communication skills.
5 -7 years of experience in environmental, safety or health fields.
. Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred.
