to join our construction projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site to ensure compliance with legal, client, and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, client requirements, and international safety standards.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for workers and subcontractors.
Monitor safe work practices, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
Maintain HSE records, statistics, and reports for management and clients.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.
Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline (Engineering or Safety-related field preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an HSE Officer in the
construction industry
.
Mandatory
NEBOSH IGC (Level 3)
certification.
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessments, and HSE legislation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
