Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Monitor workplace activities to ensure safe working practices
Coordinate with management to improve HSE performance
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an HSE Officer
NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
