Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs on-site
Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and company standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training to workers
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters
Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum
5 years of experience
as an HSE Officer
NEBOSH certification
(IGC or equivalent) -
Mandatory
Construction industry experience
