Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Ensure compliance with legal and company HSE requirements
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices
Coordinate with management and site teams on HSE matters
Maintain HSE documentation and records
Requirements
NEBOSH certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
