Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of total experience
in HSE roles. At least2-3 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector
. Must be supported withvalid experience certificates
.MOFA-attested Graduate Degree Certificate
is mandatory.NEBOSH IGC Certification
is required. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, PTW systems, and safety compliance. Excellent communication and reporting skills.Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Qatar Energy HSE standards and project-specific safety requirements. Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments. Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness trainings. Monitor and control safety practices across project sites. Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and maintain incident records. Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work culture.
