Job Description

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering. Certified in

NEBOSH IGC

(International General Certificate). Minimum

5 years of experience

, preferably as an

HSE Officer

in a

workshop, chemical warehouse, bulk storage depot

, or similar industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure all HSE equipment at the site are maintained in required

quality and quantity

as per QatarEnergy contract standards. Conduct

scheduled HSE inspections

and submit reports to QatarEnergy. Perform

daily site walkarounds

to identify unsafe acts or conditions, notify Contractor Management for corrective actions, and record all observations in the

Contractor BBS system

. Develop, implement, and monitor

Permit to Work (PTW) systems

and

hazard identification tools

(JHA / TRA). Conduct

HSE inductions

for staff and visitors, provide in-house training as required, and maintain all training records. Ensure

compliance with CTO conditions

, oversee proper

waste disposal

, and maintain related documentation. Coordinate

Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

drills as per the approved annual schedule.
