Job Description

AtoZ Services is seeking qualified and proactive HSE Officers to join our Health, Safety & Environment team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards across all operational activities within a facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans. Ensure all site activities comply with safety procedures and regulations. Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Deliver safety inductions, training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors. Report, investigate, and follow up on near misses, incidents, and accidents. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records. Coordinate emergency response when required.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in a related field (Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar). Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Qatar or GCC, with at least 2 years in Facilities Management operations on projects of similar size and scope. NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is required. Preferred: Certification or experience in Traffic Management. Preferred: Valid First Aid Certification. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations (QCS) and international HSE standards (ISO 45001, etc.). Excellent communication and reporting skills.
