Hse Officer
Job Description
He will report to the Safety Manager and will be fully responsible for the Health and Safety requirements of the workplace /project. He will be conducting all required Toolbox Talk, and Safety reports and ensure, that all the safety procedures are met at the site & workplaces.
Ensure that the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always worn.
Ensure all workers/technicians are briefed about hazards associated with their type of work
Highlights hazards associated with each work activity to all the operatives
Carries out workplace inspections and raises Health & Safety NCRs for non-conformities and issues default & violations Notes to violators
Ensures the work site is in safe conditions
Adequate monitoring of workers and worksite for any safety-related issues.
Assist the HSE manager in the effective implementation of the Health, Safety& Environmental management plan (OCEMP) during installation work
Advice the factory & site team members on the requirements of the AAES health safety Environmental management plan, and other relevant requirements as well
Undertake daily workshop & site environmental inspections to identify health, safety environmental non-conformances, and recommend corrections & corrective action.
