Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems and policies.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; recommend corrective actions.
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
Prepare reports on QHSE performance, incidents, and audit findings.
Train staff on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and environmental performance.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Proven experience as a QHSE Officer, preferably in [industry].
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
