Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site risk assessments and maintain a risk register
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards
Lead incident and near-miss investigations
Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks
Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills
Maintain accurate reporting and audit documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
NEBOSH IGC certified
Minimum
3 years of oil & gas experience
in the GCC
Strong knowledge of turnaround HSE procedures
Comprehensive Package:

Working Hours:
12 hours/day
Rest Day:
One day off every 13 days (QCHEM RLCO fatigue plan)
Salary / Allowances:
Estimated Range:
4,500 - 6,000 QAR/month (depending on experience)
