Job Description

Responsibilities:

4 to 6 yrs experience Monitor day-to-day HSE operations and ensure all personnel are working safely, wearing PPE, and following best practices. Carry out accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports. Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, audits, permits, and safety logs. Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all employees and subcontractors. Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party auditors to ensure project compliance with HSE requirements. Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all emergency equipment and procedures. Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3-5 years

of HSE experience in

Marine and/or Oil & Gas environments

(offshore and onshore). NEBOSH IGC certification is

mandatory

; additional HSE or industry certifications (IOSH, OSHA, BOSIET, OPITO) are a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
