We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, including safety manuals and records.
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
In-depth knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent is preferred.
