Hydrojet?Services is seeking a qualified and proactive

HSE Officer

to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project sites. The ideal candidate holds a

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

, is NEBOSH?certified, and possesses a

valid UAE driving licence

to travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and emergency?response plans in line with UAE legislation and ISO standards. Perform regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; issue corrective?action reports and follow up. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; compile detailed root?cause analyses and prevention strategies. Deliver induction sessions, toolbox talks, and specialised HSE training; ensure proper PPE usage at all times. Monitor environmental controls (waste disposal, chemical handling, emissions) to promote sustainability. Maintain up?to?date HSE records, permits, and training logs; prepare monthly performance reports for management. Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to embed safety into daily operations.

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

Experience

2-5?years in HSE roles within construction, infrastructure, or industrial services

LicenceValid UAE Driving Licence

Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, ISO?45001 & ISO?14001; excellent communication and incident?investigation skills
