Induction programs for new workers.

Conducting site and factory inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Risk assessment review and updating to mitigate potential hazards.

Coordinating third-party training for operators and tools.

Closing consultant and main contractor HSE-related SOR/NCR*items.

Labor camp inspections to ensure worker safety and compliance.

Preparing HSE-related documents for audits.

Coordinating and assisting with store activities.

Reviewing subcontractor HSE-related documents for compliance.

Investigating and preparing incident, accident, injury, and near-miss reports.

Site and factory improvement and observation reporting.

Issuing warning letters for HSE violations.

Preparing and updating new formats and documents related to HSE as per requirements.

Preparing log sheets, memos, checklists, and other HSE documents as per requirements.

Preparing and updating signages as per requirements.

Developing and implementing site-specific safety plans and procedures.

Enforcing safety policies and procedures among subcontractors and workers.

Monitoring and reporting on safety performance.

Collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure their safety compliance.

Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)and safety gear.

Managing and maintaining safety records and documentation, including permits and certifications.

Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices.

Developing and implementing emergency response plans for site-specific hazards.

Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.

Participating in pre-construction planning to identify potential safety hazards.

Promoting a safety-first culture on-site.

Conducting regular inspections for power tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment.

?Perform safety audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Develop and implement health and safety programs to address specific site hazards.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure prompt attention in case of injuries or medical emergencies.

Track and report near-miss incidents to proactively prevent future accidents.

Monitor workers' adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment maintenance.

Facilitate fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.

Ensure compliance with noise control measures and other environmental safety regulations.
