to join our team and ensure all offshore operations are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have solid offshore experience, strong knowledge of HSE protocols, and the ability to lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce compliance with company and regulatory HSE policies during offshore operations.
Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (JSA/PTW).
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Lead incident investigations and prepare root cause analysis reports.
Maintain accurate records of safety observations, incidents, and corrective actions.
Ensure correct use of PPE and safe work procedures at all times.
Support SIMOPS, confined space entry, lifting operations, and other high-risk tasks.
Act as a point of contact for HSE matters between offshore and onshore teams.
Requirements:
ADNOC APPROVED (OFFSHORE)
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (required).
Valid BOSIET/FOET and Offshore Medical (OGUK or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of offshore HSE experience in oil & gas or maritime sectors.
Strong understanding of offshore safety systems, permit-to-work, and emergency response protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
