Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced
HSE Safety Officer
to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies on site to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at site Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe conditions Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs Monitor compliance with HSE rules, regulations, and permit-to-work systems Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports Ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel Coordinate with project management to improve safety performance Maintain HSE records, checklists, and documentation Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory) Minimum
2-5 years
of experience as an HSE Safety Officer Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred Knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and independentlySalary & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
