This is a full-time on-site role located in Shabiya 12, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer. The HSE Officer will oversee the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct workplace inspections, ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, and develop risk management strategies. Additional responsibilities include investigating incidents, reporting findings to management, and providing training to promote safety awareness among employees.
Qualifications
Expertise in Health & Safety, including workplace safety and occupational health standards
In-depth knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and regulations
Certification or qualification in NEBOSH or similar recognized safety certifications
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in reporting and documenting safety protocols
Experience in industrial or environmental sectors is a plus
