of HSE Officer
Enforce and monitor compliance with
ADNOC HSE standards
,UAE laws
, and international safety regulations (ISO 45001, OSHA
). Conductregular site inspections and audits
to identify hazards or unsafe conditions and practices. PerformJob Safety Analysis (JSA)
,Hazard Identification
,Method Statements
, andFormal Risk Assessments (HIRA)
before work execution. ManageWork Management System (WMS)
processes, especially forhigh-risk operations
(confined space, hot work, working at heights, etc.). Ensure proper and consistent use ofPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)
on site. DeliverHSE inductions
,toolbox talks
,safety trainings
, andawareness sessions
for employees and subcontractors.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
; prepare reports and recommendCorrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
. MaintainHSE documentation and records
in compliance with ADNOC standards. Participate in or leademergency response planning and drills
. Ensure compliance with specific safety systems such asLockout-Tagout (LOTO)
,confined space entry
,gas testing
, andH?S procedures
. Liaise withproject management, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
to ensure all safety obligations are met.Job Type: Full-time
