Performs the HSE Weekly Reporting (HSE Dashboard) and monthly Reporting .
Ensures the HSE performance is regularly analyzed through looking at HSE indicators, accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
Reports to the CONTRACTOR Construction Site Safety Manager
Ensure that Project's HSE Requirements and Standards of works are being implemented in the areas of responsibility.
Compliance of SUBCONTRACTOR to Projects HSE Requirements,.
Compliance of SUBCONTRACTOR to the approved MS&JSAs, spotting unsafe Acts and Conditions for further correction by SUBCONTRACTOR). Liaises accordingly with SUBCONTRACTOR HSE representatives for correction of all unsafe Acts and Conditions.
Ensures that workers in his area are compliant with the training to be taken (training matrix).
Participate to Daily Permit To Work Coordination meeting and insures knowledge of Construction's work planning.
Verifies MS/JSA from CCs and issues comments.
Participates to incident investigations.
Interact with CONTRACTOR Environmentalist.
Supports Emergency Response as needed and takes the lead when on duty (outside of the week & day shifts).
Participate to HSE Management walkthroughs, HSE Discipline walkthroughs.
Issues Acts and HSE Reports for notifying officially SUBCONTRACTOR about unsafe Acts and Conditions which can't be corrected on the spot.

HSE Supervisors: minimum technical/national diploma, 5 years' experience in industries with at least 3 years' experience in field HSE activities, knowledge of HSE standard, HSE work practices, PTW, etc., recognized HSE specific qualifications and skills (i.e., Excavation, Scaffolding- working at heights, Electrical safety, Rigging, etc.), communications and persuasion skills, good spoken and written English.
