:

Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations, standards, and laws.
Conduct regular inspections to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.
Perform risk assessments for construction activities to identify potential risks.
Develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified hazards.
Update risk assessments based on changes in site activities or conditions.
Develop site-specific HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure that all workers, contractors, and visitors understand and comply with these policies.
Organize and deliver training sessions for workers, including toolbox talks, induction sessions, and specialized safety training.
Keep records of all training conducted.
