About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site. Applicants must have prior experience in the UAE construction industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
Lead and coordinate safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and logs
Ensure all site workers and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all applicable safety legislation

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in the construction industry in an HSE role

? Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
?

NEBOSH / IOSH certification required

?

Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory

? In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and safety regulations
? Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
? Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
