We are seeking a qualified and experienced
HSE Officer / HSE Engineer
to join our team for upcoming construction and oil & gas projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environmental standards in
high-rise buildings
,
infrastructure
,
oil & gas facilities
, and
work-at-height or ground-level improvement projects
.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Ensure safety measures for high-risk activities including
work at height
, excavation, and heavy machinery operations.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 to
5 years of HSE experience in the UAE
(mandatory).
Must hold a
valid UAE driving license
.
Immediate availability to join preferred.
Strong experience in
construction
,
oil & gas
,
high-rise
,
infrastructure
, and
ground-level work
.
Certification in
NEBOSH IGC
,
IOSH
, or equivalent is a must.
Familiarity with UAE HSE
