Make sure all workers follow safety rules.
Check the site daily for unsafe work or conditions.
Ensure workers wear proper PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, harness, etc.).
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
Prepare and control work permits (hot work, confined space, lifting, etc.).
Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
Conduct fire drills and emergency response training.
Keep safety records and submit reports.
Monitor waste disposal, dust, noise, and environmental protection.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to maintain safe work.
