Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated
HSE Officer
with oil and gas experience to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at the project site. The role involves monitoring site activities, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks. Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards. Report and investigate incidents and near-misses. Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports. Promote a proactive safety culture among site personnel.
Qualification / Experience (Skills):
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or HSE-related field. HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred. Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Oil & Gas (5) years in GCC region. Must have at least Five (5) years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects Experience with major onshore projects. Good knowledge of site safety practices and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and reporting skills.
