HSE Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are effectively implemented and maintained at our worksites in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Prepare and deliver HSE training to staff and workers.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Ensure all safety equipment is in good working condition and used properly.
Maintain up-to-date records of all HSE activities and documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture among employees and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.
Strong communication, observation, and report writing skills.
