Job Description

We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on infrastructure utility and landscaping projects. The HSE Officer will ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with local regulations, project HSE plans, and best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments. Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices. Maintain HSE documentation, including checklists, permits, and inspection logs. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to implement corrective actions. Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.

Requirements:



Diploma in HSE or NEBOSH IGC certification (minimum). 2-5 years of relevant construction site experience. Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and HSE best practices. Good communication and reporting skills.
