HSE Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi's dynamic Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment by maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will collaborate with various teams to implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

-Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements. - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and suggest improvements.

- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.

- Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports, highlighting lessons learned and corrective actions.

- Maintain records and documentation on HSE activities and compliance levels.

- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance safety performance.

- Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field. -

1-3 years of experience of ADNOC HSE , preferably in the Oil & Gas industry is must

Well knowledge of ADNOC HSE Procedures

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. -

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. -

Client Approvals Mandatory (ADNOC / Others) -

HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
